New production premises

In the autumn 2007, Bioveta, a.s. commenced the production of vaccines in new virology clean spaces for CZK 100 million. The newly constructed virology clean spaces comply with the strict requirements of the European and world directives imposed on the production of veterinary viral vaccines

They are furnished with modern production technologies and equipment, they have the defined environment cleanness categories, personal and material gates, regulated temperature and humidity and controlled airflow. Direct connection of the vaccine formulation equipment with the new blistering and filling machines Bosch and Marchessini enables reduction of the contamination risk during vaccine production and labor productivity increase.

In 2005, Bioveta, a.s. built up the new production premises and implemented new production technologies complying with the requirements of correct production practice related to the production of veterinary sterile pharmaceutical preparations, antimycotic and bacterial vaccines including the filling and lyophilisation devices. The genetic engineering sector was newly opened, too.
