Control laboratories

All the products manufactured in Bioveta, a. s. undergo demanding methods in the new control laboratories where the following controls are performed:

• Input (raw materials, packaging materials)
• Intra-operational (i.e. revision of the defined parameters related to a particular product during the production process itself, for example sterility test before the filling of vials, etc.)
• Exit check (i.e. check of all the required product parameters, for example efficacy, harmlessness, sterility, pH, mycoplasmas, etc.). 

Bioveta, a. s. keeps improving the quality of the manufactured products and checks their efficacy, safety and other parameters both under the laboratory and field conditions using the test methods based on the most recent scientific findings.

In order to perform the required tests in animals, a new animal shelter was constructed that meets the requirements of the correct manufacturing practice on breeding and use of test animals for control and research purposes.
