Introduction

CANDIVAC is an original patented immunomodulation product. It has a positive effect on the immune system and it helps to increase the immune defence of the organism, especially of the vaginal mucosa. CANDIVAC enables natural recovery of affected mucosa. The preparation has a capsule form, and it is used orally. One packaging contains a dose for three months. 

 Vaginal mycosis (candida vulvovaginitis) is an inflammatory disease characterised by white and itchy vaginal discharge. It is caused by candidas  (yeasts). The most prevalent cause of inflammations (approximately 80 % of cases) is Candida albicans.

Almost 75 % of women are affected at least once in their live by mycosis of vaginal mucosa. More than two-third of which are affected by vaginal mycoses repeatedly, despite proper therapy with anti-mycotic preparations and healthy life style.

Under physiological conditions is the female genital protected against the development of manifested inflammation by a natural barrier and immune system mechanisms. These may be impaired by the effect of one or several risk factors, which include especially: stress, antibiotic therapy, hormonal contraception, chlorinated water in swimming pools, trauma to genitals, candidiasis of the sexual partner, diabetes mellitus, gluttony and obesity, pregnancy, impermeable underwear and clothes, disorders of immunity.

CANDIVAC is patented product developed in cooperation with specialists from the Medical Faculty of the Palacky University in Olomouc. It contains harmless parts of candida and bacteria, which are frequently responsible for vaginal infections and which stimulate immunity and thereby support the natural defence of the organism.
